I went today with my family i had a great time there amazing ambiance.. i ordered lotus milk cake heave on hearth waffle and me am cookie funnel-cake everything was amazing and staff is very welcoming overall great experience.

I have been a loyal customer since Dspot started a store in Waterloo. I usually place my orders online and before few days I found out that waffle customization is not an option anymore!!!!!! I’m really hoping you can bring that option back

It was our first time at this location. The desserts as usual were very good. The service was excellent. The wide range of desserts available is appreciated as everyone likes something a little different. We’ll definitely be stopping in again for desserts our next family celebration.

One of the best Desserts places in KWC I ever tried. We ordered cheesecake and ice-creams. Delicious taste, great presentation. Must try at least once and celebrate birthday.

The staff overthere is very friendly and they always keep the surroundings very nice with a great customer service. Even the taste of their goodies always feels fresh and delicious. Especially, the milk cakes and waffles overthere are truely amazing and one of my personal favourite. Even hygiene is upto the mark there. Thank you D-Spot, Waterloo to for their great work.

OMG!! Make sure to leave room for dessert if you’re in the neighbourhood for dinner. The decor is bright and fun. There were a lot of people working behind the counter; our order was taken quickly and accurately. You may want to look at the menu ahead of time, there’s a lot of options to consider... The electronic menu behind the counter changes every minute or so, make sure to ask for the paper copy of their menu or scan the QR code. Their ice cream display offers your basic flavours but also adds a twist of unexpected flavours for the adventurous taste buds! I couldn’t help myself and asked for a sample of their Saffron Pistachio Custard Ice Cream; it was weirdly delicious. I am going to have to order that one next time, if they still offer it. This was my first time here, there was so much to chose from... we ended up sharing the Crepe topped with strawberries, bananas, and Nutella. The crepe was cooked perfectly. In my opinion, there could have been more Nutella, but that is entirely a result of my obsession with it. It was very tasty, we didn’t miss adding maple syrup. There are also many cakes to chose from. The staff was friendly and our dessert was yummy, it was not a cheap place in dollars or calories but well worth it!! Enjoy

We walked looking to grab some dessert after a meal from a nearby restaurant and were immediately showered by Harsh's warm presence. He helped us get settled in, provided us with menus and his expert advice on what to order, going as far as to provide us with countless complimentary ice cream samples to help us decide the best flavor to pair with our crepes, which were to die for. Throughout the meal, Harsh frequently came to check up on us, ensuring everything was up to standard and beyond. Would definitely recommend and will surely come again.

I chose takeout from D Spot, and the pistachio milk cake was absolutely delicious! It had the perfect balance of sweetness, a rich pistachio flavor, and a wonderfully moist texture. Highly recommend for dessert lovers!
